Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/ REFUNDS.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at connect@hermyne.in and we will get back to you, once confirmed by the team.
  • Exchanges are unavailable for new collections and new launches. 
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered with the tags.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like Delexpress, Delhivery, eKart, etc
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100..

Why don’t we offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • At Hermyne, we take utmost care in creating and delivering our products ordered by you and keep a close have quality checks at every stage of manufacturing and there is negligible chance of defects.
